1.1 All offers made by the online shop of Vlisco Netherlands B.V. (hereafter referred to as: Vlisco.com) and all agreements concluded via www.vlisco.com are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Vlisco.com may amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any amendments shall not affect orders already placed. The version applicable to your order is the version accepted during the checkout process.

2.1 Placing an order with Vlisco.com means that you agree to the applicability of these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 All offers are subject to availability and confirmation by Vlisco.com.

2.3 Vlisco.com reserves the right to change the items offered on the website at any time.

2.4 Vlisco.com reserves the right not to deliver to specific destinations.

2.5 Vlisco.com reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms & Conditions or is engaged in fraudulent activity.

2.6 Vlisco.com is not bound by its offers in the event of obvious errors or mistakes, such as manifest pricing errors.

3.1 Prices are valid as displayed on the Vlisco.com website, subject to availability. Vlisco.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time. You will be charged the prices displayed at the time your order is confirmed, provided the goods ordered are available and full payment is received within the indicated payment deadline.

3.2 Unless indicated otherwise by Vlisco.com, all orders are payable in Euro by advance payment using one of the payment methods offered by Vlisco.com. The total order amount, including shipping costs for the selected delivery option, is presented in the checkout process. Depending on the delivery address, taxes and/or import duties may apply and are excluded unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Orders to businesses can be subject to relevant sales taxes and if and insofar applicable cannot be supplied exempt‑.

4.1 Delivery times are always purely indicative, see the table presented in the FAQ section of the Vlisco.com website.

4.2 Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes., Diplomatic pouches and/or Military bases. Vlisco.com shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4.3 In the event of product unavailability after an order has been placed, you will be informed by email as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to cancel your order.

4.4 In case of cancellation due to unavailability, any payments made will be refunded without undue delay.

5.1 Ownership of the products passes to you upon full payment of the total order amount.

6.1 You shall fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the products delivered by Vlisco.com.

7.1 You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase and return any product ordered via Vlisco.com within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt, without stating any reason, by notifying us via email at contact@vlisco.com.

7.2 The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. Vlisco.com shall reimburse the purchase price within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. In the event that Vlisco.com has provided pre-paid return labels, the applicable return costs are automatically deducted from the amount that is to be refunded by Vlisco.com.

7.3 Returned products must be in their original condition, including labels, and in the piece length as delivered. Vlisco.com recommends returning goods by insured shipment.

7.4 You are required to check your order upon delivery and notify Vlisco.com within 14 (fourteen) days if the delivery does not conform to the agreement. If non conformity is established, Vlisco.com shall, at its discretion, either replace the product or refund the corresponding purchase price.

8.1 In the event of force majeure, Vlisco.com shall be entitled to suspend its obligations or terminate the agreement, without judicial intervention and without liability, insofar as performance is prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

10.1 Vlisco.com shall not be liable for delays or errors caused by internet or email communication failures.

10.2 While every effort is made to accurately display product colours and patterns, variations may occur due to technical limitations. Vlisco.com shall not be liable for minor deviations in colour or appearance.

10.3 Please inform Vlisco.com promptly of any change of address. Orders will be delivered to the most recently provided address.

10.4 Reviews posted by users reflect personal opinions. Vlisco.com is not responsible for their content.

10.5 Vlisco.com guarantees that all products sold are authentic Vlisco products.

Key points. Gift Vouchers are redeemable in the issuing Vlisco Boutique only, can be used as part payment, and may be combined. Any remaining balance stays available until the voucher’s expiry date. Definitions. In these terms, “Gift Voucher” means a Vlisco-issued voucher that can be used as payment in a Vlisco Boutique. “Boutique” means a participating Vlisco retail store. “Issuing Boutique” or “location where the voucher has been issued” means the Boutique shown on the voucher/receipt as the place of issue. “Balance” means the remaining unspent value on the Gift Voucher. “Expiry date” means the date stated on the Gift Voucher.

1.1 Gift Vouchers are redeemable only in the Issuing Boutique (the location where the voucher has been issued) as full or part payment for products sold in that Vlisco Boutique. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Voucher Balance.

1.2 If you do not use the full value in one transaction, the remaining Balance remains available for future purchases until the Expiry date. If operationally required, Vlisco may issue a replacement Gift Voucher for the unused amount; any replacement will have the same Expiry date as the original Gift Voucher.

1.3 If your purchase exceeds the Gift Voucher Balance, you must pay the remaining amount using one of the payment methods available in the Vlisco Boutique.

1.4 One or more Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against a purchase.

2.1 Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers.

2.2 Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to any other Gift Voucher for expiration date extension.

2.3 Unused Gift Voucher balance in a Vlisco Boutique will not be redeemed in cash, transferred and will not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts.

2.4 When products purchased with a Gift Voucher are returned, the amount will be refunded by another Gift Voucher.

3.1 Risk of loss and title of the Gift Vouchers pass to the purchaser upon receipt from Vlisco employee in the Vlisco Boutique. Gift Vouchers should not be defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen. Vlisco disclaims all responsibility for any lost vouchers, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission and no replacement or refunding will be provided in these circumstances.

4.1 Gift Vouchers are valid for the period indicated on the voucher at the time of purchase. Expiration date is provided on all vouchers. Unused balance or the full Gift Voucher will expire immediately after the stated expiration date with no refund or extension possibility. 4.2 Vlisco reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of any Gift Voucher at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if in its discretion, the action is necessary

4.3 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Vlisco and the participating Vlisco Boutique, in respect of the Gift Voucher.

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Programme Terms”) govern participation in the Vlisco Inner Circle Programme (“Programme”), a loyalty and engagement initiative offered by Vlisco Netherlands B.V. on Vlisco.com (“Vlisco”).

1.2 By enrolling in or participating in the Programme, members confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Programme Terms, in addition to the General Terms & Conditions applicable to purchases made via Vlisco.com.

1.3 Participation in the Programme does not create any vested or enforceable rights to benefits, rewards or tier status beyond what is expressly stated in these Programme Terms and subject to availability.

2.1 Participation in the Programme may be limited to selected customers, countries or regions at Vlisco’s discretion.

2.2 Customers may enrol in the Programme by creating a personal account on Vlisco.com. Membership is free of charge.

2.3 Each individual may hold only one Programme account. Duplicate, incomplete or fraudulent accounts may be suspended or terminated.

2.4 Vlisco reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate Programme membership at any time, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, breach of these Programme Terms or applicable law.

3.1 The Programme operates a tiered structure based on annual customer spending and engagement, as determined by Vlisco.

3.2 Tier status is reviewed periodically, including annually, based on the criteria applicable at that time. Vlisco determines how spending, returns, cancellations, discounts, taxes and other factors are taken into account.

3.3 Benefits, privileges and qualification criteria vary by tier and may include, without limitation, access to products, events, personalised offers or early releases.

3.4 Vlisco reserves the right to modify, introduce or discontinue tiers, qualification criteria and associated benefits at any time. Tier status and benefits are not guaranteed and may change during a membership period.

4.1 Members may earn loyalty points (“Points”) on eligible purchases made via Vlisco.com and through selected activities as determined by Vlisco.

4.2 Points are credited after an order has been shipped. A short delay may occur before Points appear in the member’s account.

4.3 Points are only earned and retained by members with an active registered account. If an order is refunded, cancelled or reversed, the corresponding Points will be deducted.

4.4 Points are personal, non transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.5 Points expire 12 (twelve) months after the date on which they are credited to the member’s account, unless stated otherwise.

4.6 Vlisco may correct or adjust Points balances in the event of error, technical malfunction, abuse or misuse of the Programme.

5.1 Points may be redeemed for rewards offered by Vlisco, which may include discounts, products, shipping benefits or exclusive experiences.

5.2 Rewards must be redeemed via the designated rewards channels, as indicated by Vlisco from time to time.

5.3 Points redemption may be subject to minimum order values, restrictions or exclusions and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

5.4 Rewards are subject to availability, non transferable, non refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, unless required by mandatory law.

5.5 Vlisco reserves the right to withdraw, substitute or modify rewards at any time without liability.

6.1 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account details.

6.2 Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Programme Terms may result in suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of Points, rewards or tier status, including retroactively.

6.3 Members must promptly notify Vlisco of any unauthorised use of their account.

7.1 By participating in the Programme, members consent to receiving Programme related communications, including information on Points, rewards, tier status and Programme updates.

7.2 Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Essential transactional and Programme related communications will continue to be sent where necessary for the operation of the Programme.

8.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Vlisco’s Privacy Policy.

8.2 Data may be used to operate and personalise the Programme, analyse customer behaviour, manage tiers and rewards, and improve Vlisco’s services.

8.3 Members have the rights granted under applicable data protection legislation, subject to legal requirements and limitations.

9.1 Vlisco reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Programme or these Programme Terms at any time.

9.2 Reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.

9.3 Subject to applicable mandatory consumer laws, unused Points, rewards or benefits may lapse or be forfeited upon termination of the Programme or a member’s participation therein.
